~~PAYMENT~~

We accept personal and business checks, money orders and cash.
We require one-half down payment with balance on delivery.
Idaho State tax is charged to Idaho residents unless tax-exempt.

~~CANCELLING~~

We will accept cancellations up to two weeks after order was
Placed, with reimbursement of down payment minus 10% charge.

~~SHIPPING~~

Old West Tipis ship by UPS for standard ground transportation.
Tipi Poles are shipped via truck freight.
Customers prepay for shipping or they are sent collect, arrangements
are made at time of order.
All orders requiring shipping require a physical address.

~~WARRANTY~~

We have a limited two-year warranty.
We will repair a tipi purchased from us up to 2 years from date
of purchase if the damage is due to defective materials or work manship.
You pay the shipping to us and we pay the shipping back to you
We repair tipis at $20.00 per hour labor and materials but you
pay the shipping.
